RF3300 Electromagnetic Flowmeter

A magnetic flow meter (mag flow meter) is a volumetric flow meter which does not have any moving parts and is ideal for wastewater applications or any dirty liquid which is conductive or water based. Magnetic flow meters will generally not work with hydrocarbons, distilled water and many non-aqueous solutions). Magnetic flow meters are also ideal for applications where low pressure drop and low maintenance are required.

RF3400 Vortex Flowmeter

A vortex is a region in a fluid in which the flow is rotating around an axis line, which may be straight or curved. The plural of vortex is either vortices or vortexes. Vortex flowmeters are among the most versatile of flowmeters. They can measure liquids, steam and gases with relative ease. One reason they are widely used for steam flow measurement is that they can tolerate the high temperatures of steam. Steam is the most difficult fluid to measure.

Key Features

  • Austenitic stainless steel made Sensor
  • Resolution up to ± 0.2%
  • Standard 4-20 mADC Analog/ Pulse Output
  • Compatible with RS232, RS485 & HART Communication Interfaces
  • Li Battery powered remote version
  • Heat Dissipation Function for High Temperature Application

RF3500 Turbine Flowmeter

Turbine flow meter (better described as an axial turbine) translates the mechanical action of the turbine rotating in the liquid flow around an axis into a user-readable rate of flow (m3/h, gpm, lpm, etc.). The turbine tends to have all the flow traveling around it. Turbine flowmeters now constitute 7% of the world market. Turbine flow meters are used for the measurement of natural gas and liquid flow.

Key Features

  • Low pressure loss
  • High Anti-Electromagnetic Interference Ability
  • Anti-Vibration Design
  • Wide Flow Measurement Range up to 800 m3/h
  • Lower flow rate limit (0.04 m3/h)
